Why do we have a holiday every first day of May? What is its significance to our lives specially the youth like us? Does it really gives us the future we want though?

Labor Day is observed every year in the Philippines on the first day of May. It is considered as a special non-working holiday to give importance to the workers, who have in their own ways had able to contribute something for the progress of our Philippine economy. I honor those people who are working as well active tax payers, with them, we the youth have experienced improvement to our lives through the different projects made by the government to us!

To my teachers from Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas, my teachers from Julio Ledesma National High School, my teachers from San Carlos Milling Company Incorporated Elementary School, my teachers from St. Joseph Computer Learning Center, my supervisor and co-workers before at Toyota Autoparts Philippines-Incorporated, my supervisor and co-workers at PARASAT Cable TV Inc., my supervisor and co-workers at San Carlos Engineer's Office, my supervisor and co-workers here at San Carlos Telephone System-Negros Inc. and to all workers here in the Philippines and whole wide world, HAPPY LABOR DAY! I salute you all..

Before I put a dot on this post, let me brighten up your day with this quote:

A man is not paid for having a head and hands, but for using them.
